Best Chinese app

I have been waiting for an offline accessible dictionary which has the pinyin and characters. What is even better is you can put entire sentences in, not just individual words. It is the offline MDBG I have wanted for years. Thank you!
I will buy the upgrade when I get off work; this app is wonderful.
